Judy Rioux is a self taught artist. She loves illustration with pencil & charcoal and also enjoys painting in oils. 
She lives on the Eatsern Shore in Delaware and owns The Gallery Espresso in Rehoboth, De. A coffee shop with good food and a taste of art.
 

Judy has been married to John  Rioux since 1981. They have four children and two grandchildren.
